Companies House fees

A number of significant changes in Companies House fees were introduced on 1 May 2024. The new fees have been calculated on a ‘cost recovery’ basis meaning that the fees are calculated based on what it costs to provide the services in question.

There has been a further update to Companies House guidance entitled Companies House fees since these fees were introduced. The new update has confirmed the removal of contact centre search fees for screen prints, company reports and document images. This information is now available for free on the Companies House 'Find and update company information' service.
